Appointments:

• Please book on the website 

• Deposit REQUIRED for ALL services

• Wig customers are REQUIRED to fill out wig buyer form 

• Please allow 5-7 business days for extension purchases

• Payment methods: pay online (PayPal/Credit/Debit)/ pay in person (Credit/Debit) 

• Extensions must be purchased prior to service appointment

• New clients are REQUIRED to fill out a New Client Form

• More then 20 minutes late without notice will be considered a no show with a non-refundable deposit

• Please arrive to your appointment solo, except for multiple client bookings

• We do obtain the right to refuse service 

• No food or beverages

Your appointment is very important to The Haute Hair, it is reserved especially for you, and it's understood that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary: therefore, please notify us 24 hours in advance if you must change, cancel or reschedule your appointment. Any cancelation/reschedule made less than 24 hours in advance will result in a non-refundable deposit. This deposit can be used for the next appointment, if applicable. Appointments made within a 24 hour period and need to cancel must cancel within 4 hours of the reserved appointment time, otherwise client will be asked to no longer book.
