Terms & Conditions 

Your confirmation of any order indicates your acceptance of our terms and conditions of supply. We are not liable for any errors made by dispatch couriers. If you are international, you are also agreeing that you understand some countries have import restrictions and when goods have dispatched from us, liability shifts to you. Therefore, you will be liable to pay local taxes, assuming all liability under any customs or import laws and regulations.

 

At The Haute Hair, we do our best to ensure all products are in excellent condition. However, if you receive a unit/ product with a fault, we are happy to exchange or refund the item.

 

PLEASE NOTE THAT ALL PURCHASES MADE DURING SALES ARE FINAL SALE. EXCHANGES OR REFUNDS WILL NOT BE PERMITTED.

Custom Unit Orders: Once payment is received, your custom unit order form will be reviewed according to your specifications. Please allow 4-5 weeks for delivery time of custom units. You may request faster delivery. Please allow a full 3 weeks for rush orders. 

All in stock product purchases will be shipped out same or next business day.

Other Product Orders: All other products will be packed and shipped out same or next business day. Shipping within the US usually takes about 3-5 business days and 7-10 outside the US.

​​RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY​

The Haute Hair Wig Units: Please try on your unit immediately upon receiving it and make sure it is how you ordered. If not, please do not cut the lace, wear, wash, brush, comb, or alter the hair in any way and with in 3 days upon arrival, contact us to arrange an exchange. If the hair is altered in anyway, it may NOT be returned. 
The Haute Hair Custom Wig Units: Custom orders are made especially for you according to your specifications, therefore returns are not accepted. We recommend you take your measurements carefully to ensure a royal fit!
Other Product Orders: Returns and exchanges on all other products (excluding Custom orders) are NOT accepted due to the nature of goods sold.
